Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50 USD. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee of $8 USD applies.
We partner with a variety of reliable carriers (including FedEx, DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, and others) and will select the best option for your location and order.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 days of payment.
Standard global shipping times are estimated at 10-20 business days. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to factors like weather or customs inspections.
We ship worldwide, excluding regions currently involved in military conflicts or legal disputes.

We celebrate this uniqueness! If you require absolute perfection in your stones, our products may not be the right fit for you.

Special Requests: Please contact us with any special order requests before completing your purchase. We will do our best to accommodate them.
Coupon Codes: Must be applied at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
Legal Disclaimer: For legal purposes, we must state that our crystals are sold as natural curiosities and decorative items. We cannot guarantee any metaphysical healing properties or outcomes.
After-Sales Policy
Unboxing Video is REQUIRED: To be eligible for any refund or exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video of your package. This video is essential as proof of the contents received. We cannot process claims without it.
Claims Window: Please inspect your order promptly. We generally cannot address issues for parcels that were successfully delivered more than 3 days prior.
Covered Issues: We handle after-sales for damaged goods or incorrect/missing items (with an unboxing video as proof).
Not Covered: We cannot issue refunds based on personal preferences, subjective dissatisfaction, or for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information carefully.
Lost/Stolen Packages: While we are not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered, please contact us if this occurs, and we will do our best to assist and cooperate with you.
